We are not claiming to hold every rare material in stock. We specialise in helping professional buyers determine whether an unusual material can be obtained, in what quantity, from where, and on what commercial terms.

    We read what you sent and identify what the material actually is: product family, pigment or binder type, finish, and any regulatory class implied by the specification.

  2. Supply investigation

    We check whether the product, an equivalent, or a technically suitable alternative can be obtained in your quantity for your destination.

  3. Feasibility & restrictions

    Distribution restrictions, minimum order quantities, regulatory requirements and transport classification are assessed before a price is offered.

  4. Commercial response

    You receive a commercial answer: what can be supplied, in what format, on what lead time — or a clear statement that it cannot be obtained.

Who this service is for

This is a B2B channel. Enquiries are handled for businesses that can state a quantity, a destination and an application — refinish and custom shops, restoration specialists, coating manufacturers, industrial buyers, distributors, importers, laboratories and conservation studios.

It is not a consumer shop, and it is not suited to single-unit purchases of common material that a local distributor already stocks.

Commercial quantities & packaging

Quoted in litres and kilograms, in the manufacturer’s available pack formats. Which formats exist for a given material is confirmed at quotation, not advertised generically. MOQ varies by material, manufacturer and sourcing route.

Documentation

Safety and technical data sheets as issued by the manufacturer for the material delivered, plus batch identification where your QA process requires it. See technical and compliance.

Special orders & repeat supply

Made-to-order colours and specialty pigments are produced to a batch. Where a requirement repeats, we quote a scheduled supply so the same batch logic does not disrupt your production.

Destination, transport & regulatory

Dangerous-goods classification governs packaging, carrier and cost; regulatory status differs by destination. Both are assessed before a price is offered rather than after an order.

Sourcing questions buyers ask first

Can you obtain any paint I ask for?

No. Sourcing is subject to manufacturer availability, distribution restrictions, regulatory requirements, destination, minimum order quantity and commercial feasibility. Where a material cannot be obtained we say so, and where possible we propose an alternative with comparable appearance or performance.

What if I do not know the product name?

Describe the result instead: desired colour, visual effect, substrate, application method, indoor or outdoor exposure, performance requirement and approximate quantity. The sourcing request form has a dedicated path for this.

Do you supply to buyers outside Poland?

We accept enquiries from European and international commercial buyers. Whether a specific material can ship to a specific destination depends on the product’s regulatory and transport classification, which is confirmed at quotation stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order quantities are material-specific and often set by the manufacturer rather than by us. They are stated in your quotation. This is a B2B supply channel and is not intended for single-unit consumer purchases.
